Bedřichov is located right in the centre of the Jizera Mountains offering a broad spectrum of sports,
tourist and recreation activities.
In the winter season you can go skiing on the vaste cross-country tracks system “Jizerská magistrála” or ski downhill directly in Bedřichov on one of the seven tracks with real and artificial snow, night-time skiing, snowtubing etc. Children’s ski tow and a skiing course are on hand.
By summer you can ride a bicycle or go afoot to the mountains, eventually visit the Bedřichov tennis-court or the swimming-pool or ride a horse. In the spare time there is a bowling, minigolf or a discotheque available.
Nearby cities Liberec and Jablonec nad Nisou are cca 10 km away. Liberec is the large one with a ZOO, the Botanical Gardens, the Babylon Centre with Aquapark and the city’s dominant – Ještěd Mountain. Jablonec offers a beautiful dam with exclusive bathing or a sports area Střelnice.
